He has gained significant experience in managing both in-court and out-of-court disputes in the areas of civil liability, banking law, and debt collection, with a particular focus on disputes related to consumer credit and NPLs.

Within the Firm, with which he began collaborating in January 2025, he primarily handles matters pertaining to the banking sector and related litigation, both as plaintiff and defendant.

Graduated in October 2024 from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan with a thesis in Comparative Commercial Law titled “The Phenomenon of Market Abuse: A Comparative Analysis of U.S. Legal Practice and the ‘European Solutions’ Adopted by the Italian Legal System.”.

She joined the firm in October 2025.

She primarily focuses on banking law, with a particular emphasis on litigation related to cyber fraud.

She graduated in July 2025 from the University of Trento with a thesis in Corporate Crisis Law titled “Cross-Border Insolvency, the Gibbs Rule, and the Recognition of Foreign Judgments”, for which she conducted thesis research at Royal Holloway University of London.

She joined the firm in May 2026.

She practices primarily in the field of banking law, focusing in particular on out-of-court matters and litigation.

He has been working with the firm since September 2024, handling all areas of industrial and intellectual property (trademarks, patents, designs, trade secrets, unfair competition, copyright, and commercial communication), as well as issues related to consumer protection.

Saredi graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Law from the University of Milan in 2020, with a thesis in Industrial Law titled “The Parodic Reproduction of Well-Known Trademarks.” He subsequently completed the short master’s programs “Intellectual Property & Copyright” (TopLegal Academy) and “Commercial Communication Law” (UPA Academy – Advanced Training).

He is a member of the Milan Bar Association.

He is also engaged in research activities with Professor Ghidini.

She graduated in October 2022 from the University of Milan with a thesis in Industrial Law titled “Counterfeiting of High-Fashion Trademarks and Recent Developments in the Metaverse.” At the same university, she then took the course “Fashion Law: Legal Issues in the Fashion Supply Chain”.

She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2025.
