Founder and senior partner of the firm,  full professor of industrial law at Università degli Studi – University in Milan and teacher at the LUISS – Guido Carli University in Rome, Director of the Observatory on Industrial Property (LUISS) and, since 1993, founder and co-director of the periodical “Competition and Market – Guidelines of the Antitrust Authority”, co-director of the periodical “Italian Annals of copyright and culture and recreation law (AIDA)” Giuffré, Prof. Ghidini has authored and/or co-authored numerous monographs, works on legal issues, articles and essays, lately the work “Evolutive profiles of IP law”, II edition with a preface by Giuliano Amato (see Publications).He has been a member of various ministerial commissions for the preparation of regulatory texts on antitrust issues, the responsibilities of producers, unfair contract terms, comparative advertising and biotechnology.From 1987 to 1997 he chaired the Regional Lombardy Holding Company (Finlombarda s.p.a.) and from 1993 to 1997, he also chaired the Bank Foundation of the Banca del Monte di Lombardia. He has been elected President of’International Association for the Advancement of Teaching and Research in Intellectual Property (ATRIP) for 2006-2007.

Born in Casale Monferrato on 18th November 1962, he was a student at the Ghislieri College graduated cum laude from the University of Pavia in 1985. He studied under Prof. Ghidini and has worked closely with him for more than 35 years, becoming a partner in the firm since it was established; he holds the position of managing partner. He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 1990.Within the firm, he mainly handles corporate, contractual and financial issues.

He is particularly experienced in the field of M&A, business contracts (licensing, franchising, joint ventures, distribution contracts, agency agreements for financial promoters, tlc contracts, etc.) and relevant litigation, and in the field of securities brokerage and derivative contracts, a subject on which he has published numerous articles and three monographs (see Publications). In 2005 he has published a cross disciplinary Dictionary of Finance (with a preface by Prof. Marco Onado).

From 2003 to 2006 he was a member of the Board of Directors of IW Bank S.p.A. (UBI Banca Group).
From 2009 till 2015 he was a member of Arbitro Bancario Finanziario (Milan panel and Coordination panel) Corporate section He is teacher 24Ore Business School and at CUOA Finance Department of the University Center of Entrepreneurial Organisation.

He has been also teaching in post-university classroom of University of Milan and other private educational center.
He is opinion-maker for the TV financial and economics channel CLASS TV CNBC. Because of his experience as both a scholar and professional, a major part of his work involves consulting in banking and financial fields.
In April 2023, he was named Thomson Reuters Stand – Out Lawyer 2023 on the basis of an independent survey of clientele.

Born in Pavia on 30th May 1968, he graduated from the University of Pavia in 1994 and after gaining experience with other law offices, he joined the firm in September of 1996.He became an associate in 1999, gaining extensive experience in the fields of corporate, banking and financial litigation, as well as in distribution network contracts, areas in which he works mainly alongside Atty Emilio Girino.He has published several articles on the issues of privacy and e-commerce (see Publications), innovative fields toward which he is orienting a significant part of his activity. He became partner of the firm since 2004.

Born in Casorate Primo (MI) on 5th May 1969, he graduated from the State University of Milan in 1995. He joined the firm in December of 1997, becoming an associate in 1999. He has specialised in industrial law, with specific reference to antitrust and advertising issues.He works mainly alongside Prof.Gustavo Ghidini, with whom he has also gained in-depth knowledge in the fields of business contracts in connection with industrial law.He has also gained specific experience on the subject of public and private tender contracts (see Publications). He became partner of the firm since 2004.

Graduated from the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, she has joined the firm in 2003 and became associated in 2006.As part of the Firm’s she focuses on industrial property, unfair competition, unfair business practices and advertising, as well as the drafting of contracts relating to such areas. She is a member of Milan Bar Association since 2006.She became partner of the firm since January 2021

Graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, in 2008 he gained the Master in Banking and Financial Law organized by Just Legal Services (Law training school).
He joined the firm in April of 2004, becoming an associate in 2007 and Partner in January 2021.

He is member of the Milan Bar Association since 2010. He gained an extensive experience in corporate, banking, financial and bankruptcy areas and in the relevant litigation and in the of M&A and business contracts (licensing, franchising, joint ventures, distribution, agency agreements, tlc contracts, etc.) and the relevant litigation.

He has published several articles on the issues of financial law and business financing (see Publications).

Graduated magna cum laude from the University of Messina in 2006, he entered in the Law Firm in July 2007, and he has been associate since 2010. He became partner of the firm since January 2021.

He is member of the Milan Bar Association since 2010. He practices in corporate, contracts, banking and financial areas, and he practices also in Compliance’ department as to authorization proceedings for financial brokers, advices for offer and placement of financial instruments, compliance with Italian rules by foreign financial brokers. For this advisory assistance, he cultivates relationships with Italian Regulators (Consob and Bank of Italy).
