Graduated on June 2019 at the Università Statale of Milan with a Dissertation on IP law entitled “Trade secret protection: continuity and evolutionary profiles in the regulatory framework pursuant to the Legislative Decree No. 63/2018”, she is a qualified lawyer with the Milan Bar Association since 2022.
She joined the Firm in October 2019 and carries out judicial and extrajudicial activities, mainly by dealing with intellectual property law, with particular focus on patents, trade secrets, copyright and trademarks, as well as cases of unfair competition, advertising and antitrust law.
She gained experience in draft and negotiation of commercial contracts, including trademark and copyright assignment and licensing agreements, confidentiality, distribution and supply agreements.
She specialises in Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property, also by conducting research and collaboration activities with Professor Ghidini.
She is “Cultore della materia” (i.e. Research and Teaching Assistant) in Ip Law at the department of Law of the Università degli Studi di Milano.
