Banking and financial compliance<\/h2>\n

The Firm is active in the fields of advising banking and financial compliance<\/p>\n

The section was inaugurated by mourned Mr. Gianni Pasini (former Commissioner of the National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange (CONSOB)<\/a> during the Rossi and Milazzo presidencies (1981-1984) and President of the Italian Association of Financial Analysts (AIAF)<\/a> from 1989 to 1995) and the activity is now continued by the Firm’s Corporate and Finance department and, in particular, by Avv. Roberto Pavia, who trained at the school of Mr. Pasini Gianni, has supported him, for a decade, in the development of his professional activity.<\/p>\n

In this area consultancy is focused on compliance and regulatory requirements in the field of advisory to banks, financial brokers and collective investment funds, this by completing the specific legal skills with technical and operational experience.<\/p>\n

These skills involved, namely, authorization proceedings for banks and financial brokers, compliance with Italian rules by foreign banks and financial brokers, analysis, setting-up and assessment of corporate governance systems (for banks, companies listed or to be listed, SGR (portfolio managers) and other financial brokers) and listing operation. For this advisory assistance, the Firm has been establishing close relationships with Italian Regulators (Consob and Bank of Italy) and with Borsa Italiana.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
